Nu Line

Our patented epoxy coating system is a coating material that allows our Nu Flow Alaska technicians to coat commercial pipes with diameters ranging from 1/2" to 12". Manufactured exclusively by Nu Flow, Nu Line's coating system is perfect for pinhole leaks and damage stemming from age-related wear or corrosion. Nu Drain

Nu Tube

Powered by Gadmon Industries, Nu Tube is Nu Flow's inversion material product line. Products that are part of this line include resins that cure faster while still allowing for longer working times. This can be especially beneficial for more involved commercial pipe repairs.

NuFlow 945

In-Building Gas Line Rehabilitation NuFlow 945 is a break-through technology designed to significantly extend the service life of in-building gas pipes without the cost or destruction of pipe replacement. NuFlow 945 enables gas system infrastructure to be inspected, cleaned, and sealed with an internal barrier coating to protect against existing leaks and to mitigate further corrosion.

NuFlow 945 is the only plumbing code listed solution (ICC LC1045, PMG-1528) available for proper maintenance and extended service life of in-building gas pipes.

NuLine Corrosion Control Coating

NuLine corrosion control coating restores aged, corroded pipe systems to a “like new” condition while leaving the pipes in place, avoiding the expense and disruption of pipe replacement. The epoxy coating is applied to the pipes’ interior, which seals and protects the system from further deterioration and dramatically extends the system’s life.

NuForce Pressurized CIPP

NuForce is one of the most versatile potable-approved pipe lining systems in the world, structurally repairing high-pressure sewer and potable water mains in diameters from 2” to 24” NPS (50mm to 600mm) with minimal disruption. Pressure pipes failing from age, corrosion, breaks, or from leaking or displaced joints can cause massive and costly disruption and property damage, as well as health and safety hazards.

Cured in Place Pipe Lining Technology

NuDrain cured in place pipe lining technology (CIPP) allows NuFlow certified contractors to structurally rehabilitate the pipe network outside, beneath and within the building envelope, and acts as a stand-alone pipe within a pipe.This system is capable of handling networks ranging from 1 1/2 inches to 12 inches in diameter, with custom sizes up to 96 inches in diameter available. NuDrain can be used in a wide variety of systems including mains, horizontal laterals, vertical stacks, roof drains as well as sanitary drain, waste and vent systems. The thin epoxy liner installed to the pipes interior seals and protects the system from further deterioration, dramatically extending the life of the piping system.NuDrain is the solution to solving and extending the useful lifespan of non-pressurized mechanical systems. Through its network of licensees NuFlow has successfully rehabilitated millions of feet of failing pipe systems.

Electro-Pneumatic Calibration Unit

Compact impregnation unit with an electrical roller drive and electro-pneumatic roller closing and opening for highest safety. This product is developed for installations inside vehicles, trailers, containers, or work halls.

Nu Tube Two Sluice Inversion

NuTube Two Sluice includes a patented two-chamber system for endless inversion without pressure loss to protect the liner from unwanted stretching, bruises, wrinkles, and folds. Even large nodes, fittings, or heating hoses are no problem for the NuTube Sluice.
